A space for life, love, grief + soul
We are all impacted by what it is to be human right now. We are all impacted by life, by death, and by grief. This is place of belonging when our world is breaking, when your world may be breaking.
Life, love and grief, all interwoven
There was a time when the words on this page represented what it is to be with personal loss, what it is to be human and experience it all. This still stands true. And it’s now within the context of the complex world we’re living in.
There’s personal grief alongside collective grief.
There’s your grief, and my grief, and their grief.
We’re living through what Francis Weller calls the Long Dark, a time of polycrisis. We are being called towards our grief, in all its ways. Our grief is essential during these times.
This is a space for your grief, and this is a space for our grief.
This is a space for your humanity, and this is a space for our collective humanity.
Together we can bring grief out of the shadows, we can sit with the immensity of our grief, we can explore the depths of shame and the intimacy of belonging.
With an emphasis on doing this together, no longer isolated and alone. That we can only do this together. We can only meet our personal sorrows and the sorrows of the world together, side by side, in community and togetherness. We will weave the threads of belonging and challenge the systems we live in to imagine a more beautiful world.

The Shame Series
I believe shame is at the heart of how we are in the world. This series explores shame with teachers from across the world, including Francis Weller, David Bedrick, Holly Truhlar and more.
There can be beauty here, alongside the hurt and pain. Not all the time, but sometimes.
Life’s Poetry
In October we will begin the journey of Life’s Poetry. Turning towards our grief has never been more essential. We are living in The Long Dark, a time of polycrisis. This is the time to come together, to tend to our grief and let it show us the way.
