Life and Grief
Many of us will be impacted by the experiences of this lifetime. Sometimes it feels as if we might break. Come and be held in life and grief.
Life, love and grief, all interwoven
To be human is to experience and feel it all. Sometimes that feels so impossibly difficult. Allowing ourselves to feel the sorrow and the heartbreak, as well as the joy and the intimate beauty. To be in awe of the cloudy day, and the spring blossom. To enjoy both the green juices and the decadent chocolate.
Life is everything, all of these things and more.
This is a space for all of life.
Where nothing is hidden in the shadows, where we can sit with the immensity of our grief, where we can explore the depths of shame and the intimacy of belonging. Where we remember what’s it’s like to play in the dirt, and be in awe of bubbles.
And most of all, one where we get to do this together, no longer alone, isolated, thinking it’s just you. It isn’t you dear one, it’s this human life, and we’re all so very human.

The Shame Series
I believe shame is at the heart of how we are in the world. This series explores shame with teachers from across the world, including Francis Weller, David Bedrick, Holly Truhlar and more.
There’s beauty here, alongside the hurt and pain.

Life’s Poetry
On Monday 6th October 2025 we will begin the journey of Life’s Poetry. I am excited to hold this exploration into grief this year. Turning towards our grief has never been more essential. We are living in The Long Dark, a time of polycrisis. This is the time to come together, to tend to our grief and let it show us the way.
Francis Weller will be joining me, alongside Holly Truhlar to teach and bring you the intimacies of grief.
